Read the book with the same title written by Subroto Bagchi, who is co-founder of Mindtree. The book describes his journey from his childhood in the interiors of Orissa to becoming the COO of Mindtree. Found it good, few take away points:

3. Don't be afraid to start all over again
4. Respect your work
5. To receive something first give
6. All manifestations starts with a dream! Dream,Desire and Act
7. Respect people and their capabilities..don't condem
8. All business decisions are 99% emotional and 1% business
9. Work at any place as an entreprenur
10.Build a strong support system
11.Instead of trying to impress your boss, treat your subordinates well...they may actually lead to all the success.
12. And lastly go kiss the world...
